What you should know before you pay
- The trial needs no card
- Fourteen days, and nothing is charged. It will not become a paid plan by itself — you choose a plan when you are ready, and only then does billing start.
- Plans renew automatically
- Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year, at your plan's price, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time
- Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep Stedley until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can undo the cancellation before then and carry on as normal.
- Moving up takes effect straight away
- Need another person mid-month? Moving to a bigger plan applies immediately and you are only charged the difference for the rest of the period.
- Moving down takes effect at renewal
- You keep the plan and the capacity you paid for until your renewal date, then the smaller plan starts. Switching between monthly and yearly works the same way.
- Refunds
- Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law, though we may make an exception at our discretion. Cancelling stops future payments straight away.
- If a payment fails
- Stedley keeps working for about 30 days while you sort it out, and we will tell you the date access would stop. Nothing is deleted.
- Nothing is deleted if you stop
- Access pauses. Your jobs, invoices and hours are where you left them if you come back. Deleting your data is a separate, deliberate thing you do yourself.
