Stedley is in beta and nobody is being billed yet. The prices here are what Stedley costs when it opens, and the trial below is the offer that comes with it.

More than 10 employees
Bigger crews carry on the same way.
Past the owner plus 10, capacity goes up in blocks of 5. Every block is $10 more a month, or $100 more a year. Same product, same rule, and no quote to ask anyone for.

The trial
When Stedley opens: 14 days free, no card.
It will be the whole crew on a real job, not a demo account. When the fourteen days are up nothing is charged and nothing is deleted — the trial does not turn into a paid plan on its own, so carrying on is a decision you make rather than one you forget to cancel.
Before you pay
- Monthly or annual, renewing until you cancel
- Both renew automatically at your plan's price. Annual is billed once for twelve months of service.
- Cancelling stops the next payment
- You keep Stedley to the end of the period you have already paid for, you can undo the cancellation before then, and nothing is deleted.
- Changing crew size
- Moving up takes effect straight away and you are charged the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down, or switching between monthly and annual, takes effect at your next renewal — you keep the capacity you paid for until then.
- Refunds
- Subscription payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, though we may make an exception at our discretion.

Questions
The things people ask about the money.
What is different between the plans?
Only how many people you can add. Every paid plan is the same Stedley, with the same jobs, estimates, invoices, scheduling, time clock, expenses and records. Pick the crew size that fits and change it when the crew changes.
Does the owner count toward the employee limit?
No. The number on each plan is the people you can add alongside yourself, so the owner plus 10 employees is 11 people in total. You are never one of the 10.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. A year costs ten months, so paying yearly gives you two months free — the owner plus 1 employee is $150 a year instead of $15 a month, and the same ratio applies on every plan. Annual is billed once for twelve months of service.
Is there a free trial?
When Stedley opens to everyone there will be a 14-day free trial that needs no card, and it will not turn into a paid plan on its own — you choose whether to continue. When it ends, access pauses until you choose a plan, and nothing is deleted.
What if I have more than 10 employees?
Crews carry on in blocks of 5. Every extra 5 employees is $10 more a month, or $100 more a year — so the owner plus 15 employees is $45 a month. It is the same product and the same rule, not a different kind of customer.
Are any features locked behind the higher plans?
No. The plans differ by crew size and nothing else. There is no tier that unlocks the normal Stedley workflow, and no feature that appears only on the larger plans.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving to a plan with more capacity takes effect immediately and the difference is charged for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan, or switching between monthly and annual, takes effect at your next renewal — you keep the capacity you paid for until then.
